When it was created
This piece started with layers of purple paint, and days of frustration and stressing out because it for one of my first group exhibitions. Finally, I let go of the idea of what I thought bliss was supposed to look like and let it flow.

February 2020 - Inspired by fun creative energy and amazing artist friends creating along side me, I was totally in the creative zone. "Renewal" was born from the fun, creative energy . The was right before the pandemic, and we had no idea that in a few months we would be creating in isolation. For me this piece is a good reminder to enjoy and cherish the good times as they're happening.

I was inspired by the birds eye view from the plane and suddenly realizing that I didn't want the same things I used to want in life.

2022 -The Big Blue One represents both expansiveness and ease - expansive for the space to create without restriction, and ease because it doesn't need to be anything more than what it is, confident in it's big blue glory. I struggled to find the perfect title - why? This piece speaks for itself

2021 -“Frolic” emerged as I played with a set of new colors instead of cleaning after a day of soaking in the ocean and playful vibe of sunny Waikiki. Splashes of shimmering blues and greens flowed to the canvas, like exploring underwater. The light-hearted energy of the day truly inspired "Frolic"
